Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature.
• Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. Security

It is your responsibility to safeguard confidential information such as your website password and financial information like credit card numbers and net banking passwords. The Company is not liable for any misuse, including financial loss, resulting from stolen credentials. You must inform the Company immediately if you become aware of the loss or theft of your password.

Payment

The Company accepts Bank Transfer payment only. Payment options may be revised periodically to increase the options available and improve the payment experience. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against you, including sharing your data with appropriate third parties, in case of fraudulent payments. Legal actions are subject to Korean jurisdiction.

Returns

Company do not accept return inquiries.

Returns may be accepted if:

• You have received the incorrect product(s).
• You have received expired product(s).

You will need to ship the returned product(s) back to the return address provided. You may be reimbursed for reasonable shipping costs at the Company's discretion.

Cancellations

Company do not accept cancellation inquiries after the order invocie has been paid.

Fees

We retain the right to charge the following fees for prepaid orders:

• Shipping & Handling Fee: This fee covers the cost of shipping and handling your order. The fee amount will always be disclosed to you prior to payment.

Shipping

We will make our best efforts to ship your order as soon as possible. If we are unable to ship your complete order within 5 business days, we will notify you about the delay.

Products

Product descriptions, prices, images, etc., are provided by the suppliers and used for informational purposes only. The rights to these reside with the content owners. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable for the delivery of ordered products to the wrong address due to an incorrectly provided shipping address. It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping details with your order.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and the Company have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including ending services already underway. No refunds shall be offered where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any payments made to us for unused Services shall be refunded. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company and are limited to the amount of the order under dispute. By default, refunds will be made to the same payment instrument used unless otherwise specified by the Client. Refunds will be credited within 5-15 business days and depend on the bank/card issuer.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are available worldwide, or in relation to postings from Korea. All advertising is intended solely for the worldwide market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs, and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited without the express written consent of the Company. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, although it is provided to the best of our ability. By using this service, you indemnify the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, however caused.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control. Any party affected by such an event shall inform the other party and use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

General

The laws of Korea govern these terms and conditions. By accessing and using this website, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Korean courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms, and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement or any part thereof.
