Shipping policy

Shipping General

  • All parcels from KBeautyHub are shipped from Korea.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 72 business hours of order confirmation. If there is a shipping delay, customers will be informed within 72 hours.

Shipping Notice

  • According to local customs policies, if the weight of the box exceeds 3kg, customs fees must be paid by the customer (note that the weight shown on the site may differ from the actual weight).
  • The weight of the box and bubble wrap will be automatically added to the shipping weight when the shipping method is selected.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Failure

  1. Lost Parcel

    • Customers must inform us if the delivery status is marked as “Delivered” but the parcel has not been received, so we can inquire with the shipping company.
    • Customers must cooperate by providing proof of evidence, such as pictures of any issues.
    • The shipping company is not responsible for a stolen or missing package after delivery to the recipient's correct address, and a refund is not possible in this case.

  2. Tax Payment Refusal

    • If customers refuse to pay the customs tax, which is stated as the customer’s responsibility in the “Shipping Notice,” a refund is NOT possible.
    • If customers refuse to pay customs tax within the period determined by the shipping company, the package will be returned or disposed of. Even if customers change their mind later, a refund or redelivery is not possible.
  3. Recipient Unreachable

    • If an incorrect address or contact information is provided on the order, we will send an email requesting the correct information. If customers fail to provide the required information within the period determined by the shipping company, the package will be returned or disposed of.
    • A refund is NOT possible in this case.
